• 5-8 slides, high-quality photographs or digital images of available work including media, dimensions and retail price. (Please indicate top of slide, photograph or image with an arrow or the word “top.”) If you are submitting prints or photographs, please indicate edition numbers.
• A current resume and an artist statement, if available. Please cite your art education, all solo or group exhibitions, awards and private collections or museum collections that own your work.
• A self-addressed paid envelope for the return of any slides, photographs or CDs that you would like returned. Please do not send originals.
