Felix Toranzos’ work is always evolving. Trained as a painter, architect and graphic designer, Toranzos’ multi-disciplinary approach to art incorporates a wide range of materials and gives him the courage to continuously explore and evolve as an artist. Toranzos’ work is mixed media and often includes wood, ink transfer, paper collage, ink, acrylic, oil and tape—which create unique textures, color combinations, shapes and light.

Toranzos was born in Asuncion, Paraguay in 1962. He has been showing his work since 1979 in both private and group exhibitions in Europe, the United States, Asia and South America. His work is included in museum collections at the OEA Art Museum of the Americas in Washington, D.C. and the Museo Paraguayo de Arte Contemporaneo and in private collections around the world.
